Upon arrival, I was shocked to find that my room did not match the pictures online. The hotel did offer me an apartment after I expressed my dissatisfaction, which saved my stay somewhat. However, I encountered numerous issues including terrible Wi-Fi, a gym that was far from usable, and an early morning checkout struggle that almost made me miss my flight. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel.

My stay was quite disappointing overall. The rooms were different from what I expected based on the pictures, and the Wi-Fi was practically non-existent. However, on the plus side, the hotel was clean and the last-minute apartment option saved my family from further hassle.
